AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY_QRDIN~E"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
ection 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
6 Health Education Specialist II, I
2 Staff Nurse II, I or Licensed Vocational Nurse
1 - 50% StaffNurse II, I or Licensed Vocational Nurse
and adding thereto the following:
Posi i n Classifications
7 Health Education Specialist II, I
3 StaffNurse II, I or Licensed Vocational Nurse
thereby changing the total from 75 112 to 77.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
