AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE~KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Sections that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte entitled
REFERENCED: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -MANAGEMENT,
CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:

i n that Section No. 25 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte

is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from S6 to 87.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
