AN ORDINANCE Aiv~NDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY RD E"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
c i n 1 that Section No. 56 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled MENTAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Supervisor-Mental Health
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Supervisor-Mental Health Nurse or Staff Nurse III
thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
23zd day of January 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: clone
