AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARYORDINAN(;~"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 58 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte entitled
WELFARE - ADMII~TTISTRATION Budget Unit 570-001 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 {f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
23rd day of Januar 1996, by the following vote:
