AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTEKNOWN AS THE_"SALARY C,)RDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN j
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
P i ' n Classifications
1 Public Health Nurse II {term position from 1-1-96 to 12-31-96)
2 Office Assistant II, I (term position from 1-1-96 to 12-31-96}
thereby changing the total from 77 to S0.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiaration of fifteen {15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
