The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
i n 1 that Section No. 56 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled MENTAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifleen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
