AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 25 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION Budget Unit 320-
002 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
4 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk (term position through 6-30-96>
3 Office Assistant III, II, I (term position through fi-3o-96}
thereby changing the total from 87 to 94.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
