AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3207 OF THE
COUNTY. OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY~RDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
i n 1 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3207 of the County of Butte
entitled ADMIl~ISTRATIVE - BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAIl~]TENANCE Budget
Unit 720-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Classification Titfe
4 Grounds Maintenance (one temp position to end 3-1-96)
and adding thereto the following:
Positi~ 1 'fi Ti 1
3 Grounds Maintenance
thereby changing the total from 31 to 30.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Gode of the State of California; and before expixation of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this

AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Roux, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
