AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
BOUNTY OF BUT'~`E~ KNOWN AS THE "SALAR~R.DINANCE"_
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
P i ' n Classification
1 Public Health Nurse II {term position from 1-1-96 to 12-31-96)
and adding thereto the following: ',
Positions Classification
1 StaffNurse I {term position from 1-1-96 to 12-31-96)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect retroactive to January 23, 1996; and before
expiration of fifteen {15} days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
