AN ORDINANCE AiVIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINAN~"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DD ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Sect[on No. 29 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte entitled
SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES, Budget Unit 360-001, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
Position Ciassific~Title
1 Deputy Sheriff {one term position to end 6-30-96)
thereby changing the total from 44 to 45.
Section 2 that Section No. 30 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte entitled
SHERIFF-CORONER - OPERATIONS, Budget Unit 360-002, is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following

1 Deputy Sheriff (one term position to end 6-30-96)
thereby changing the total from 71 to 72.

Section 3 that Section No. 29 of Ordinance No. 323 of the County of Butte entitled
SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT, Budget Unit 360-008, is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

1 Sheriff's Clerk III {one term position to end 6-30-96)
thereby changing the total from 7 to S .
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25I23(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
