AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
3 Public Health Assistant II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications

5 Public Health Assistant II, I {two term positions from 2-24-96 to 6-3o-9b) ''
thereby changing the total from 80 to 82.
This ordinance shall take effect retroactive to February 24, 1996; and before
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
