AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC WORKS -ENGINEERING & ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 530-
004 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Engineering Aide I (term position from 2-24-9b to 6-30-96)
thereby changing the total from 19 to 20.
This ordinance shall take effect retroactive to February 24, 1996; and before
expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
