AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte entitled
REFERENCE A: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -- GENERAL
UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Salami Hourly Rate at Class Code Classification Title
Range Ste a~2 Step 6
1148 $11.89 $14.46 5810 Crime prevention Coordinator
Section 2 that Section No. 30 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte entitled
SHERIFF-CORONER -OPERATIONS, Budget Unit 360-002, is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Crime Prevention Off cer
and adding thereto the following
Position Classification Title
1 Crime Prevention Coordinator
thereby leaving the total number of positions unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect retroactive to October 7, 1995; and before expiration
of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
