AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classif cations
1 Public Health Nurse I (term position to end 6-30-96)
1 Health Education Specialist II {term position to end 6-30-96)
1 Nutrition Assistant I (term position to end 6-30-96)
2 Office Assistant II, I {term positions to end 6-30-96}
thereby changing the total from 82 to $7.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
