AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 44 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled COUNTY CLERK-RECORDER Budget Unit 470-001 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Data Entry Operator II (term position to end 6-30-96}
thereby changing the total from 11 1/3 to 12 1/3.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
