AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3213 OF THE
CO TNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 56 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled MENTAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Office Assistant II, I (one term position to end 6-30-96)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Account Clerk (two term positions to end 6-30-96)
4 Office Assistant II, I (three term positions to end 6-30-96}
thereby changing the total from 120 3/4 to 124 314.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f}
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
