AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3 213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3$ of Ordinance No. 321.3 of the County of Butte
entitled PROBATION -VICTIM WITNESS GRANT Budget Unit 430-0006 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Probation Officer Ii, I
1- 60% Probation II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Probation Officer II, T
1 Probation Off cer I (term position to expire 6-30-96)
thereby changing the total from 2 315 to 4.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f)
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
