AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOV~N AS THE "SAL ARY ORDINANCE°
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 14 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled ASSESSOR Budget Unit 080-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classifications
9 Appraiser III, II, I or Appraisal Specialist
7 Assessment Clerk III, II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Senior Appraiser or Appraiser III
1 Auditor-Appraiser II, I {term position to end 12-31-96)
12 Appraiser III, II, I or Appraisal Specialist {four term positions
to end 12-31-96)
4 Appraisal Specialist or Assessment Clerk III, II
3 Assessment Clerk III, II
thereby changing the total from 41 to 46.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f)
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
