AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 37 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PROBATION Budget Unit 430-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Probation Officer I (term position to end 9-3096)
1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby changing the total from 48 to 49.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f)
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
