AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. S6 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled MENTAL HEALTH -- GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-041 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
19 Mental Health Clinician II, I (three term positions to end 6-30-96)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
21 Mental Health Clinician II, I (three term positions to end 6-30-96)
thereby changing the total from 124 3/4 to 126 3/4.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f)
of the Government Code ofthe State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (IS)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
