AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY F BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 46 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -RABIES CONTROL Budget Unit 490-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Rabies Control Officer
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
4 Rabies Control Officer
thereby changing the total from 4 to 6.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
