AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNO~TN A THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 32].3 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVTCES Budget Unit 540-Q01 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classif cations
13 Public Health Nurse III, II, I
1 - 50% Public Health Nurse TII, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
15 Public Health Nurse TII, II, I
thereby changing the total from 87 to 89 112.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days ',
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of '.
