AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 29 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES Budget Unit 360-001 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Accounting Specialist or Senior Account Clerk
1 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (1 S) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
