AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3, REFERENCE E, of Ordinance No. 3213 of the
County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -- SOCIAL
SERVICES WORKER'S UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS be deleted in its entirety and
replaced as follows:

This ordinance shall take effect as of Sune 1, 1996; and before expiration of fifteen
{15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSBD AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
25th day of June , 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, and V~.ce Chair Meyer._
NOES: Supervisor Thomas
ABSENT: Chair McLaughlin
