BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN TM-10 (TIMBER MOUNTAIN)
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
ORDAINS, as follows:
SECTION I. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an TM-10 (Timber
Mountain - 10 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-190.10.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
Caunty, Magalia, more particularly described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Parcel 4 as shown on that certain Parcel Map
entitled "Being Parcel 3 as per 48-P/M-69 and Lot A as per 38-
M.O.R. in Sections 26 & 27, T23N R3E, MDB&M", and said Parcel
Map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte,
State of California, an February 29, 1984, in Book 94 of Maps, at
Page 65, and being more particularly described as follows:
All that portion of said Parcel 4 lying westerly of the centerline of the
Hupp Canal.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage,
and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post, a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 25thday of June , 1996, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Vice Chair Meyer
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chair McLaughlin
NOT VOTING: None
