AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3275 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte
entitled REFERENCE A: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS --
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

Section 7 that Section No. 22 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte
entitled NORTH COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT -COURT WORK REFERRAL
PROGRAM (PROJECT) Budget Unit 24$-001 is hereby amended by deleting it in its
entirety.
Section 8 that Section No. 23 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte entitled
COUNTY CLERKBudget Unit 311-001 is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety,
Section 9 that Section No. 28 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte
entitled SUPERIOR COURT -COURT REPORTERS Budget Unit 331-001 is hereby
amended by deleting it in its entirety.
Section 10 that Section No. 1$ of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte is
hereby adding thereto the following:

Section 11 that Section No. 18 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte
