AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3275 OF THE
COUNTY_OF_BUTTE, KNQWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of ~ Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 57 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte
entitled MENTAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES Budget Unit 541-002
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Administrative Services Assistant or Principal Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Audztor-Accountant II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f)
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
