HomeMy WebLinkAbout3286ORDINANCE NO. 32$6 AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN FR-20 (FOOTHILL RECREATIONAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-25.40. 1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, 2 under and pursuant to Section 24-25.40 of the Butte County Code of said County, 3 ORDAINS, as follows: 4 SECTION I. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of 5 s Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-20 (Foothill q Recreational - 20 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the S restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code 9 Section 24-110.'10. 1o Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte 11 County, Chico, more particularly described as follows: 12 All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of 13 California, described as follows: 14 Being a portion of Sections 23 and 26, T23N R1 E, MDM, mare 15 particularly described as follows: is PROJECT SITE "A": 17 Being Parcel 1 as shown on that certain map filed for record in Book 18 55 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 70 through 73 in the office of the Butte County Recorder. 19 Containing 40.7 acres, more ar less. 2d PROJECT SITE "B": 21 22 Being Parcel 4 as shown on that certain map filed for record in Boak 55 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 70 through 73 in the office of the Butte 23 County Recorder. 24 Containing 40.3 acres, more or less. 2S PROJECT SITE "C": 26 Being Parcel 15 as shown on that certain map filed for record in Book 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 1 ~. 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2a 21 22 23 24 2~ 2s 55 of Parce[ Maps, at Pages 70 through 73 in the office of the Butte County Recorder. Containing 40.5 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in ful! force and effect from and after thirty {30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors noting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper published in the County ofi Butte, State of California.
