3 Ordinance Amending Subsection K of Section 3-61 Regarding Mileage
4 Reimbursement Chargeable By The Butte County Agricultural Commissioner

G The Baard of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:
7 Section 1. Subsection K of Section 3-61 of the Butte County Code,
8 entitled "Schedule of Fees," is amended to read as follows:
9 "K. INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION FEES NOT OTHERWISE
10 ESTABLISHED...
11 For all inspections indicated in this Section 3-61 for which
12 there is nat otherwise established a specific fee schedule, the
13 fee charge shall be at the weighted hourly charge of $30.50 per
14 hour plus mileage based on the then current Internal Revenue
15 Service mileage reimbursement rate.
16 If an inspection and/or certification is requested at times
i7 other than normal working hours of the department, and
18 personnel are available to conduct such inspection and/or
19 certification, the fee charged shall be at the rate of $45.75
20 per hour plus mileage based on the then current Internal
21 Revenue Service mileage reimbursement rate."
22 Section 2. Severability.
23 If any part of this ordinance shall be held void by a court of
24 competent jurisdiction, such part -shall be deemed severable, and the
25 invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this ordinance.
26 Section 3. ~~fective Date and Publication-. This Ordinance shall be and
27 it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty
28 (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of

fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published
once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for
and against it in the Chico Enterprise , a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, on the 8th day of October , 1996,
by the following vote:
