AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3275 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte entitled
REFERENCED: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -- MANAGEMENT,
CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect unmediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
12th day of November 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx and Chair McLaughla.xi.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Thomas
NOT VOTING: None
