The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte entitled

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
12th day of November , 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Thomas
NOT VOTING: None
