AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3275 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE_ KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIlv
as follows:
i n 1 that Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. 3275 of the County of Butte
entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIlVIINAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
7 District Attorney Investigator II,I (one term position to end 6-30-97}
and adding thereto the following:
i ' n Classifications
8 District Attorney Investigator II,I (one term position to end ~-30-97}
thereby changing the total from 52 to 53.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
