AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled REFERENCE A: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS --
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

979001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
