AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS TFIE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled MENTAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Ciassif cations
22 Mental Health Clinician II, I
$ Medical Records Technician II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
29 Mental Health Clinician II, 1 (six term positions to end 12-31-97)
10 Medical Records Technician II, I (two term positions to end
12-31-97)
1 Courier/Stock Cleric
thereby changing the total fi•om 139 to 149.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f}
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen { 15}
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
