AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supe~•visors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 55 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled WELFARE -SERVICES Budget Unit 570-004 is hereby amended by deleting ~
therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
8 Social Worker Supervisor II
53 Social Worker- III, II
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
10 Social Worker Supervisor II
63 Social Worker III, II (three te~•m positions to end 06-30-97)
thereby changing the total from 74 to 86.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
