AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE; KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 48 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Staff Nurse I (term position to end 12-31-96)
3 Office Assistant III, II, I {term positions to end 12-31-96)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Staff Nurse I (term position to end 12-31-97}
3 Office Assistant III, II, I (one term position to end 12-31-97)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f)
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15}
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
