AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 328$ OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 48 of Ordinance No. 32$$ of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH Budget Unit 540-003 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1- SO% Environmental Health Specialist II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1- 80% Environmental Health Specialist II, I
thereby changing the total froze 2S to 25 I/3.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f)
ofthe Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {IS}
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
