Ordinance No. 3302
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled WELFARE ~ ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570-001. is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
6 Supervisor-Clerical Support Services
20 Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
7 Supervisor-Clerical Support Services
23 Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby changing the total from 1 OS to I09.
Section 2 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled
WELFARE -ELIGIBILITY Budget Unit 570-003 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
16 Eligibility Supervisor I
11.8 Eligibility Worker II, I
and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 1 S 4 to 1 S 8.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123 (#) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Boaz d of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
10th day of Aecember , 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan,Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
