AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Californnia, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 53 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled WELFARE - G.A.I.N. Budget Unit 570--002 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
27 Social Worker III, II
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
30 Social Worker III, II
thereby changing the total from 49 to 52.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 {f} of the
Gove~-nznent Code of the State of California; aa~d before expiration of fifteen { 15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
