AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.32$$ OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAfN as follows:
Section I that Section No. 49 of Ordinance No. 32$$ of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH Budget Unit 540-003 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
4 Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Accounting Specialist
3 Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance ..shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f)
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
