AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.328$ OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 24 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled SHERIFF-CORONER -OPERATIONS Budget Unit 3b0-002 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Sheriff's Clerk 11, I
1 Sheriff's Clerk II (term position to end 12-31~9b}
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
3 Sheriff's Clerk II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23 (f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper iza the County of Butte, State of
California.
