AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KN WN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 4$ of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Supervising Health Education Specialist
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Supervising Health Education Specialist
thereby changing the total from 85 112 to 86 112.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15 )
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
