AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 10 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled AUDITOR-CONTROLLER Budget Unit 050-001 is hereby amended by ~'
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
9 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
10 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
thereby changing the total 27 to 28.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f)
of the Government Code of the State of Cal ifornia; and before expiration of fifteen { 15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
