AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 24 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION Unit 570-001 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
5 Staff Services Systems Specialist (one term position to end 12-3 I-96}
'~ and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
5 Staff Services Systems Specialist (o~~e term position to end o6-30-97)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
