AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF B TTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 20 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY - FANIILY SUPPORT DIVISION Budget Unit 320-
002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
3 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I
4 Supervising Family Suppart Case Manager
27 Family Support Case Manager III, II, I
3 Legal Secretary lI, I
9 Office Assistant III, II, I
21 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
4 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk (term positions through I2-31-96)
3 Office Assistant III, 11, I (term positions through 12-31-9b}
and adding thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(rfJ--~ of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
