AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTIVE AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS
REFERENCE A: SALARY PLAN FOR APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS is
hereby amended by deleting therefi-om the following:

This ordinaz~cc shall take effect inullecliacely pursuant to Section 2~ 123{~~ of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (I 5} days after its
passage, it shall be published in a netiuspaper in the Coz.u~ry of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Boarcl of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
