AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled REFERENCE D: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS T-
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25I23(f)
of the Government Cade of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15}
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
