AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY
CODE.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under
and pursuant to Section 24-25.40 of the Butte County Code of said County, ORDAINS, as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 24-90 of the Butte Caunty Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
§24-90 A. 1. One single-family dwelling or modular home per parcel.
SECTION 2. Section 24-100 of the Butte County Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
§24-100 A. 1. One single-family dwelling or modular home per parcel.
SECTION 3. Section 24-110 of the Butte County Cade is hereby amended
to read as follows:
§24-110 A. 1. One single-family or modular home per parcel.
SECTION 4. Section 24-115 of the Butte County Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
§24-115 A. 1. One single family dwelling or modular Name per parcel.
SECTION 5. Section 24-125 of the Butte County Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
§24-125 A. 1. One single-family dwelling or modular home per parcel.
SECTION 6. Section 24-130 of the Butte County Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
- §24-130 A. 1.One single-family dwelling or modular home per parcel. -- --
SECTION 7. Section 24-155 of the Butte County Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
§24-155 A. 1.Once single-family dwelling ar modular home per parcel.
SECTION 8. Section 24-225 of the Butte County Code is hereby amended

to read as follows:
§24-225 A. 2. One residential dwelling or modular home per parcel.
SECTION 9. Section 24-19D of the Butte County Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
§24-190 A. 1. One single-family dwelling or modular home per parcel.
SECTION 10. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full
force and effect from and after thirty {30) days after the date of its passage, and before the
expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with
the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico
Enterprise Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, vn the 11th day of February, 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
