HomeMy WebLinkAbout3322ORDINANCE NO. 3322 AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN TM-2.5 (TIMBER MOUNTAIN) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-25.40. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 1Z 7.2 13 i4 ~5 ~6 17 zs 19 20 2~ 22 23 24 25 2s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Section 24-25.40 of the Butte County Code of said County, ORDAINS, as follows: SECTION I. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an TM-2.5 {Timber Mountain - 2.5 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-190. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, Forest Ranch, more particularly described as follows: Portions of the NW 114 of the SE 114 and the NE 114 of the SW 114 of Section fi, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe on the accepted south line of said NW 114 of the SE 114 of Section 6 from which a rock mound marking the center of said SE 114 bears S 84° 55' E 1132.94 ft., and also being the SW corner of that parcel of land described in deed from Edward F. O'Neill, et ux, to R. C. Percy, et ux, dated December 9, 1958, recorded January 22, 1959, in Book 978, Page 31 fi, official records; thence along said accepted line N 84° 55' W 1126.06 ft. to the lands of Harry Shuffleton; thence along the easterly line of said Shuffleton land N 27° 29' 30" E 359.12 ft.; thence leaping said line S 84° 55' E 991.55 ft. to an iron pipe to a point in the W line of the said Percy Parcel; thence along said W line S 5° 29' 45" W 332.01 ft. to the point of beginning. SECTION 2.
