AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.328$ OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, IKN WN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIIJ
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 18 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled BUTTE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-000 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
4 Court Clerk IV
45 Court Clerk III, II, I
and adding thereto the following: i
Positions Classifications I'
3 Court Clerk IV
S3 Court Clerk III, II, I
i
1 Office Assistant III, II, I -Court
thereby changing the total from 92 to 100.

'T'his ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
11th day of March 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Hoax, 3osiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: none
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: Nane
